“The shoes are stylish and very comfortable. The cushioning is outstanding. However, less than three months after the purchase, the sole of one of the shoes started coming off. I contacted the Bouncewear customer service and they helped me in a friendly and professional manner by replacing the shoes. Hopefully, this was a one-time problem and the second pair will last longer. I would still recommend these shoes for their comfort.”
