“It did what it said and more! I eat a ketogenic diet to help mitigate symptoms of Lyme Disease and I struggle to get fiber some days. I thought these would be a good supplement and they have been. But please whatever you do, start with a quarter or half scoop. I’m not just afraid to fart but sneezing has me concerned. I took a scoop yesterday and today. Since this morning, nothing but violent diarrhea. Maybe I’m allergic, maybe these greens have it out for me. Sugar free gummy bears couldn’t dream of the havoc this stuff is wreaking.”
