“Honestly, I have a bag of this in my purse because I get really bad at not eating when I have a lot to do out of the house, doctor appointments back to back, or even just not feeling a lot of big meals in the day. I cannot get enough of this flavor. The teriyaki is also a really good flavor! The nutrients on this also is one of the best out there so it is definitely worth the buy! There are ones that are cheaper yes, but the quality is not also good either. I would buy this for the quality in nutrients AND flavor over the ones at the gas station.”
