“The first thing to note is the texture, so tender and you don’t get in a jaw workout chewing it. The flavors are amazing, I’ve had the mesquite bbq, hickory, and original (so far) and all have been absolutely amazing. Not overpowering, not too spiced up, just perfect really.
Something I’ve noticed with most jerky is the sodium levels, I can’t get enough water, usually. But since switching to the Apex jerky I don’t ever feel like I need a gallon of water after eating it. It’s amazing. These are the most perfect snacks for work or play and they make getting in your protein a lot easier, 32g of protein in a delicious, tender, flavorful snack? Heck yeah!
