I personally add a 1/2 scoop to my coffee daily and the taste is AMAZING. It has drastically reduced my regular creamer intake because the flavor is so good. The first day I tried it, it smelled wonderful and tasted like a "fancy" coffee drink I'd get elsewhere. Its been about 4 weeks since I started using the collagen (1/2 scoop daily) and I can tell a big difference.
