“I've been taking this for a couple of years now. I'm almost 60 and feel all my joints ache quite a bit and I think this does help. Maybe it seemed to help more when I first started taking it than now, but I also don't want to quit taking it and find out how much worse my joints ache. My nails don't seem to be much better at all and my hair doesn't seem to have filled in any more than it was.
