“Oh. My. GOSH!!! I did meticulous research on collagen, and then on what company’s collagen to try. Everything pointed to Vital Proteins collagen, so I tried it. Once daily for 30 days. My nails did grow faster, but they were still brittle and weak, and continued to break daily.
