I lift six (6) days a week. I own two businesses, and thus I am frequently texting and e-mailing. “Been using this for about a month, my skin has improved so much, it is clearer and tighter, my nails are out of control growing and my hair is super shiny. My knees don't crackle as much anymore either. It does have a bit of a flavor but I have been mixing it with crystal light fruit punch flavor and I cannot taste it, I have tried it with peach tea and lemon iced tea and it did not work out so well, not a deal breaker though, it's just a matter of finding the right flavor. Oh and it clumps in ice water but not in room temperature water, just add ice after mixing and save yourself the trouble, I learned the hard way. Great product, thanks!!”
