“Make sure you read the directions first because I did not and you need to drink it quickly or it becomes super thick. After I followed the directions and tried it, this is a GAME changer. I’ve always been a regular go to the bathroom 1-2x a day, person and that changed for some reason and I was not going as frequently after taking this, I go everyday. I also don’t feel bloated at all throughout the day. This product is amazing.”
