“Ok so this might be TMI but just in case anyone else has issues. I can’t recall ever having regular bowel movements. It was “normal” for me to go 3-4 days in between and have horrible bloating. I’ve been using the fiber supplement for probably 3-4 weeks now and without fail, going twice a day. As regular as a clock, no bloating or belly pain. And the mango flavor tastes great.
