“I don't think I can ever stop taking the FIBER. Applesauce, sour cherry are the sh*t. The applesauce has the texture of cinnamon applesauce, it was slightly weird at first drinking, but I love it. It helps me feel full before I eat my first meal (and helps me hold off my first meal an hour) Helps a lot with bloating too which I get a lot. I'm so happy about this product.”
