“I have finally found what I've been looking for! I have IBS and have been dealing with upset stomach, bloating, and gas pains constantly for the past two years. I have seen gastro's who have been no help at all but this fiber has changed everything!!! I have tried fiber capsules in the past and have noticed no change at all with them. This fiber is great! It is gentle, keeps me regular and COMFORTABLE!! I just finished my first tub and am already noticing such a difference. No more painful bloating and no more gas pains. It tastes great and it's very easy to take. I personally mix mine with my greens and mix in about 12 oz of water. I tried the applesauce fiber for the first time a couple weeks ago and I can't believe how much of a difference it made. Thats when I knew I need this product on a daily basis, so I purchased the sour cherry and mango flavors. My favorite is now the the Sour Cherry, it tastes like a cherry starburst SOOO GOOD! After sour cherry I would rank number 2 as Applesauce and 3 as Mango, all delicious flavors overall!!”
