“I do not feel bloated as often since taking this product. I personally have to take it consistently for a few days before noticing any major differences. The mango reminds me of Rita's mango waterice. Make sure you chug this fast though otherwise it gets very thick.”

“At the moment I do take prescription for my irregularity, but I sometimes still have issues with producing. I do eat healthy and drink a lot of water and I exercise everyday. I started drinking this every morning. I must say that you have to chug it really fast or else it turns goopy. The flavor is not as strong as I would like it to be, its kinda faint. But HEY! I'll drink it in order to feel this awesome and be regular. I do have a regimen of taking my prescription which is Trulance, with this fiber and Bowmar Nutrition Probiotics. And I have to say I never felt so regular inside. I can feel the difference in my health. Flavor I would give it four star, but compared to the other fibers this is in my opinion the best option.
