“This product is very effective - I'm pretty regular and even so I noticed a difference within the first 1-2 days of taking this, so I'm very happy with it ! The only reason I didn't give 5 stars is that it is VERY sweet ( of course if you like real sweet, this is ideal for you!) the sweetness is a little too much for me. The flavor itself however, is delicious (I'm watering it down to lessen the sweetness) and it blends well (especially with the rapid mixer which I'm obsessed with).”
