“I was looking for a product that would help me go with ease. This does exactly what is advertised to do. I was constipated and when I would go I know there was more. I do not the effects and dependency of laxatives as they can be more harmful than helpful. I do use this regularly but at half the instructed dose. I really appreciate the ingredients that are in this supplement as they are not laxatives and work naturally with you.
