“I really wish I purchased this product a long time ago. I'm 30 and I've had bloating/constipation for as long as a could remember. Since having my second child in Oct 2019 things were getting out of hand. I would go days without a BM and it was quite painful when I did. I first started using the probiotics which seemed to relieve some of the bloating and cramping but I was still constipated. I started with 1 pill a night to make sure that I didn't have any of the side effects that you an get with some other products. Then eventually 2 a night with the probiotic. I had zero negative side effects. Then I used the suggested 4 capsules a day (2 morning, 2 night) for the remaining bottle. I can say this product has helped tremendously in keeping bloat away and keeping a regular "schedule". I am on my second or third bottle and I only take 2 pills at night. IF for some odd reason I feel a little bit heavy/bloated I will add a pill or two during the day to relieve some discomfort but that very rarely happens anymore.I did forget to take them when we were on Easter holiday with family and I could definitely tell that my gut was not having a good time. Auto ship is a must.”
