“For a while I was very bloated and my digestion needed a boost so I purchased the cleanse pills. They work! My suggestion would be to ease into it. Depending on your body/ tolerance, you will have different reactions than others. I take 2 pills at bedtime instead of 2 in the morning and 2 at night, which is the recommended dosage on the bottle. There have been times when I took one at night and one in the morning. I think you need to just figure out what works for your body!”
