“I bought these for my finance so he would stop complaining about bloating and being stopped up with irregular trips to the bathroom. I will say based on some other reviews most say that they have no urgency at all and my fiance did the first couple of days after starting to take them. He only takes two per day so the full dose isn't needed to help him so suggestion to others start slow lol :) He also takes bowmar fiber and I really don't hear him complaining anymore”

“I recommend on people taking this product u will use the bathroom a lot if u a driver for a living don’t take these pills while working u will use the bathroom a lot take 2 pills @ night time on your off day of work take 2 pills in the morning then take 2 @ night. “I have lived many years with consistent constipation, I have tried everything as have many people that have reviewed. This works!! I didn’t take the full dose as listed I only took 1 in the morning and 1 at night. TMI it gave me diarrhea for the first week taking it but I’m assuming it was just cleaning out all the bad stuff. After that I have been regular Yaay! Another somewhat plus is that it cleaned my guts out so well i now believe I am gluten sensitive, probably why I felt bloated as gross all the time before this product.
