“Amazing product! I have tried cleansing in the past, and it has been extremely uncomfortable. This supplement will make you go to the bathroom at least three times a day. I suffer from digestion issues, and very bad bloating. I’ve tried colonics, etc. Most recently found out that I’m highly sensitive to dairy products, and was looking to start over with my healthy diet etc. therefore I wanted to cleanse all the built up . If you workout early In the morning i would plan accordingly. I made that mistake the first day I took it and had to leave the gym!”
