I've been using creatine for about a month now. I was soooo SO worried about reviews of nausea and bloating. I've experienced none of this, maybe slight bloating in the beginning and then increased my water intake and it's gone away. I haven't noticed any "wow look at my muscles" but I am way less sore (basically no DOMS) which is great. I know with Creatine you have to continuously use so even on rest days I take it. Looking forward to what months 2-4 look like using this product!

I have already noticed a difference in my lifts. My lifts are overall better and I am lifting more in just the first 2 days of using! Highly recommend!

This is by far the best creatine on the market! My husband and I have both noticed a significant difference since taking it, in muscle mass and intensity in our workouts. We have taken many brands creating before this and never noticed a difference while taking them.

I’ve never taken creatine before and I was so excited to try this when it finally came back in stock since I’ve seen so many great reviews for it. Unfortunately it makes me extremely nauseous. I’ve tried it with/without food, before/after my workouts and it doesn’t seem to make a difference. I didn’t notice enough of a difference in my workouts for the nausea to be worth it so I don’t think I’ll continue to take it. Still giving 4 stars just because I love BN products regardless.

Hi Miranda, I am sorry to hear of those symptoms you had. When supplementing with creatine, it is essential to stay very hydrated! It sounds like you may have not been drinking enough water and creatine needs to be taken consistently as well.
It does what it says. My lifts are great especially stacked with Melt. I didn’t get tired and felt like it enhanced my workout. It does upset my stomach and makes me bloat. But it goes away in less than 12 hours. I’ll continue to take and do recommend if you don’t have problems with bloating.

I've tried other creatines and never felt like it did anything. This product not only do you physically feel a difference in your lifts but you also feel more mentally energized. It's similar to taking sharp. I love how productive I am when I take it with my PRE. The combination is better than any energy drink.

Have so far loved adding the creatine to my routine before workouts! Have since been lifting heavier and has helped aid in added muscle mass! Big fan of this product for sure
