Both lids are great, mush better and easier to use than any of the screw top bottles I have. It is 24oz so holds a good amount of liquid. My favorite part is that it fits nicely into cup holders!

“I honestly could not stop at one once I realized how great these are and ended up getting a couple more. Between me and my husband, these are always in the dishwasher ready to be cleaned and used again. I sit in the sauna to stretch for a half hour before each workout to help loosen my back and prep my muscles for the lift ahead. While I do I sip on my pre-workout shake (orange juice stim with ice). This tumbler keeps my pre-workout ice-cold THE WHOLE TIME. So while I am burning up I have a nice cold orange juice to help cool me off a bit and energize me for what's ahead. If I need my coffee to stay hot while I work or do school, once again this does not disappoint. I can walk away for a couple of hours and it will still be hot. It keeps my drinks cold when I want it and hot when needed.”
