I do get a bit of focus and energy versus moving about my day without it. The one huge drawback about this specific flavor is to me it first tastes great and like most blue raspberry products. But after about 2 seconds it tastes like medicine and has a very bitter aftertaste. Im not sure if all the flavors are like this or its just me but its something to consider when picking a flavor.”
