“I ordered this product after seeing Sarah talk about it in her stories on IG. It sounded like a great supp for me to help me reach my current fitness goals. I have a highly sensitive stomach/digestive system and Bowmar Nutrition is only one of two supplement companies that I can rely on to create premium products that don’t aggravate my existing GI issues or create new ones.
I’ve taken two doses of MELT and both times I could tell a noticeable difference in my energy levels.
For reference, I’m a 47 y/o mom of four and I am active and regularly in the gym. I do not struggle with weight issues but I am currently back to strength training in my programming and felt I could use some supps to help me perform better in the gym. I am SO glad I tried this! It will now be a staple on my gym days.
There is one thing I should point out though … you might take this with the intention to go to the gym and find yourself cleaning your house from top to bottom and rearranging your entire bedroom. I’m just saying!

“Spicy strawberry & mangonada- flavor wise definitely don’t recommend. And this is from someone who puts tajin on everything and loves real mangonadas so I was very excited to try. But these flavors just didn’t hit the mark. Now I take it like a shot because I just don’t want to waste the product, but I can’t stand to sip it like a regular drink. Otherwise, it does its job and stops cravings. I think the stimulant isn’t extreme at all, I just think it makes me feel hotter/sweat more compared to the non-stim (but that could just be me sensitive to this formula?)
Blue raspberry stim free- flavor on point. Sweet and sour at the same time. I enjoy drinking it, and I do think it works well. I find myself feeling full/satisfied and not snacking or wanting sweets after dinner! Definitely ordering more of this flavor after we finish this round.”
