“I would've given it 5 stars but this product has Sucralose which has recently been found to alter your microbiome in a negative. Hopefully Bowmar offers an unflavored version. I'd definitely bev willing to subscribe to that on a monthly basis.”
“Melt helps me with “food noise”. You know, that voice in your head that tells you that you want to eat even when you aren’t hungry, that you NEED that handful of chips or that bag of candy, you HAVE to stop for a snack. I’ve had that noise my whole life - and it makes eating in a deficit hard because I’m always thinking about food.
When I drink Melt in the morning, I can run errands all day or just sit around the house all day and I don’t get that voice that tells me to eat something. I just don’t think about food. And when I do start thinking “hm, I think I want some snacks” it’s SO easy to distract myself. I just forget I was even thinking that 5 seconds ago.
I feel it with both the stim and non-stim versions. I’m a BIG FAN!”
“I am writing this on behalf of my wife Rebecca because of how we think MELT may have impacted her in an unexpected way. She has struggled with migraines since she was teenager and has experienced limited improvement with several prescription medications and therapies. She’s now 46 years old.
Rebecca used MELT nearly every day for the past two months. In that time she can only remember one time when she felt a migraine coming on. It was relieved by over the counter Exedrine. This is a dramatic and unanticipated improvement after consistently having several migraine headaches each month.
This is retrospective observation at this point (nothing scientific) but it has definitely peaked our curiosity. Rebecca maintains a very routine / consistent diet, fitness routine, and lifestyle. We cannot identify any other variable which could have attributed to the improvement in her migraines. She is going to continue tracking and logging migraines when they happen. She is also considering approaching her physician about weaning off of the current migraine medication.
If Rebecca’s improvement in migraines was directly attributed to MELT, we are wondering what ingredient or combination of ingredients in MELT would be responsible? Prior to MELT she was routinely taking a recovery supplement which contained magnesium, B-6, and zinc. Magnesium is often recommended for migraine suffers and and is also an ingredient in MELT. The prior recovery supplement did not make such an impact. In fact, she her post workout muscle soreness has also significantly improved while taking MELT. Her migraines originate in her neck, so there may be some connection with the workout recovery.
Needless to say, MELT will continue one of the supplements Rebecca uses. It was the first supplement she tried from Bowman Nutrition after she has been following Sara’s Instagram page for the last few years. We have placed an order for Glutamine, Citrapeak, Reds & Purples, and Greens.
I am certainly not advising anyone to take MELT for migraines. I was just compelled enough by observing my wife’s pleasantly surprising improvement after taking MELT and needed to share it. It could be interesting to see if the migraines return if Rebecca cycles out of MELT for a season. If that’s the case, she’ll be quick to start taking MELT again.”
