“I’ve been taking this consistently since April-ish, and after a solid month of it I started to see some results. You Must stay in the calorie deficit to see the results start to happen, doesn’t appear that you need a drastic deficit, but on the days where I’d consume a little bit more calories I did notice a little bit of bloat. I have a congenital Hypothyroid disorder, and my biggest issues are bloat and slow metabolism, which led me to this product! For the first time since my 20’s I’m never bloated! (I’m 41). It has balanced the metabolism a bit, it’s still not perfect as it never will be with Hypo, the is a definite appetite suppressant going on.
