“Melt is a pretty interesting supplement and great start to the day if you don't like coffee. Has a little spicy kick it to it but it's pretty tasty nonetheless. I don't recommend drinking directly before a workout to risk a stomach ache, and definitely eat a light snack or meal after consuming. It's not a miracle supplement but I feel it has helped a bit during my weight loss journey.”
