“I started taking MELT in the beginning of June and I was so excited to try this product! I bought ALL the stim free flavors.
Fruit punch is my all time favorite and I could drink it all day if I could! Then I’d choose blue raspberry and jelly bean. They all have great flavor but fruit punch is the best!
The only downfall about MELT is it messed with my stomach. I was on a calorie deficit the entire time and I had to take MELT as soon as I woke up (3 hours before work) because it gave me the runs (TMI). I took a break for one day (I traveled all day) and had no stomach issues but right when I took it the next day, it started happening again.
I’m a champ and I continued to take it (mostly because it tasted so good!).
I’d recommend this to others, definitely start with one scoop as recommended because everyone’s body reacts differently. Overall, runs aside, I’ll continue to use MELT as long as I’m in a calorie deficit.”
“I absolutely loved the jelly bean melt. I originally got it for the Melt challenge and was super glad I did. It helped me during the Melt for me challenge. I went on vacation after doing really good for the first two weeks and losing 2 lbs then I gained a few on vacation due to lose of consistency and forgetting my supplements. After getting back home, I restarted my supplements and started being consistent with my nutrition and was able to lose 7lbs during the rest of the challenge.”

“I ordered the jelly bean and blue raspberry stim free. The flavors are untouchable. I would recommend starting at one scoop then building up to two. It does help cut cravings. I will still continue to use after the Melt Challenge!”
“Can’t say enough of melt! I love it. Jelly bean is hands down my favorite flavor, it reminds me of the pink starburst! I take melt every morning and then walk on my treadmill for 70 minutes. I use the stim, but I also bought a non stim for the afternoons if I don’t drink it in the am. It definitely helps curb the appetite! Sometimes I’m like oh shoot I need to eat. It’s also great for curing my sweet in the afternoon. I’ve lost about 7 pounds in the last 6 weeks using melt. I strength train 5 days a week, walk 12-15k steps 7 days a week, and track macros. You still have to put in the work, but melt sure does help and it tastes delicious!”
