“I love using non-stim melt. I was in a deficit and committed to exercising 4-5 times a week. It really helped push my progress and I could feel a difference. My clothes fit so much better and it was a supplement I looked forward to taking because of the taste. I would use one scoop in the morning before my workout and that was it. I tried two scoops, but it upset my stomach a little. I’ve tried fruit punch, jelly bean, blue raspberry and spicy mangonada. I like all of them but you definitely get a kick with the spicy mangonada…definitely not for everyone but it was fun to mix up with. “Everyone listen to me! Melt WORKS!!! Just give it a try! I lost 3 lbs alone the first week. Not changing diet really, no exercise. Then I felt SUPER motivated because I wasn't bloated. Then I started doing weights, eating healthier, and it's pushed past plateaus and just normal fluctuations.
