“I've been trying to remember to implement this into my routine in the morning. I like to drink it with a mostly full water bottle (~14) and typically when I'm finished I feel a little more energized for the day versus the days that I don't take it. I like this product so far but the jelly bean stim is a little spicy at times. I think it might be because the powder doesn't fully mix. I make sure to shake it before every sip I take so I don't ingest the powder as it settles to the bottom quickly.”
