I don't eat the best but I also don't eat all that terrible but I do have high insulin levels due to pcos which keeps a little stubborn fat on my stomach after one week I am definitely pinching at least 1 inch less of fat and my legs slimmed down as well as double chin !! Flavor is a bit strong for me I use 1 scoop with 8 Oz of water and just chug it down bc it doesn't stay mixed I also don't drink any other supplements idk of that's normal ?
