“This is an excellent supplement. I am currently on my weight loss journey to lose 85 lbs and MELT has helped in curbing my appetite so much so I have to make myself eat. I track my calorie and macro intake, and I am in a calorie deficit. I have to remind myself to eat otherwise I just don’t feel like eating.
As for fat loss, I’m down 15 lbs in the last 3 weeks. This could be due to me being very overweight, I think MELT will absolutely assist in fat loss as I progress in my weight loss.
The spicy variety is delicious especially when mixed with SHARP. I have several SHARP flavors and they mix so well with MELT. It’s such a nice treat in the morning after my morning walk.
