“I got this mixer in the mail, so excited to use, I went and purchased batteries that were off brand and it didn’t work. I thought it was weird but maybe it was the batteries. So I bought some nice ones and gave it a go. Still absolutely nothing. I’m super bummed. I love your guys sups, I wanted to love this and I’m sure I would have if it would’ve turned on. It is a nice sleek mixer, for that I give it 2 stars.”
