I am TTC so I bought these because they are literally SO good compared to prenatal supplements you find over the counter, BUT I do have to hold my nose to swallow them. “I gave myself a whole month on this before posting a review. I started this prenatal at about 10 weeks pregnant , after finishing my first bottle of prenatals (I had bought over the counter at the drug store.) First, comparing the ingredients between the two is shocking. Bowmar packs all of the vitamins and nutrients into these capsules to give you a maximum dose and benefit daily - while my first prenatal had only 1/4 of the daily % and lacked about 1/2 of the essential nutrients. After taking these for about 1 week I actually started feeling alert and more awake and energized ! It was absolutely astonishing how much BETTER I FELT overall, and I truly believe it’s the proper nutrients being fed to me and the baby that helped this surge of energy and quality feeling. These are a bit more potent than others, so I do occasionally burp up a fish oil taste , but the way I feel is no match to others and I’ll continue to purchase this product , hands down , over any other prenatal out there. I don’t feel queasy or have nausea after taking these and they’re capsules and very easy to swallow !”
