“I tried the sour gummy non stim pre workout since I go to the gym in the afternoon and don’t want the extra caffeine. I started with 1 scoop and noticed a huge difference in my workout! I put in extra reps and finished my workout with a burn out set of wall sits and push ups (which I never have the energy to do!) the taste is great. Very sweet as I expected, but not too sweet and doesn’t have an aftertaste.”
