“The Strawberry Kiwi is the best tasting pre-workout I've ever had. I'm pretty sensitive to caffeine so I only take about 1/4-1/2 a scoop but it's so yummy. I typically mix it with 1/2-3/4 scoop of sour gummy non-stim to get the full pump without all the caffeine. I do prefer the strawberry kiwi flavor over the sour gummy, but still sour gummy is great too.”
