I actually didn't even know what that was until I started researching preworkout ingredients after i kept having EXTREME anxiousness, heart palpitations, cold sweats, and my mind would race on days I lifted. It was so scary!! Turns out these are side effects of the Yohimbine ingredient. I have tried half scoops and using more water and it happens each time.
