“First off lets talk about the Flavor, when you think of those other "reds" from other companies, they are gritty but also tastes like you bit into a beet which for me was not how I wanted to take my supplements. The Bowmar Reds and Purples did not taste like that but I also mixed it with the Greens that I would get and for me I, was enjoyable to the point of I loved taking them.
