“Listen i am by no means a cucumber fan at all but i wanted to try this because when i compared the nutrition facts between Bowmar's replenish and Liquid IV, i was astounded there was no added sugar, less calories, has fiber AND no where near the amount of sodium. I tried my first packet this morning after doing some cardio and was sweating a ton. When i tell you the cucumber isnt a heavy flavor but more so the minty cucumber more so refreshing. literally 20 out of 10 will be ordering more when the next restock happens i will never look back to liquid IV.
