“The taste of this product is not great. I mix it in with a small amount of water and shoot it down. BUT… this stuff is seriously incredible. I experience sleep insomnia due to stress and this is the only product that has worked and continues to work. After 20-30 minutes of taking this stuff I am extremely tired and fall asleep with no issues and stay asleep! This product has saved me. I swear by it. I have tried Cbd gummies, melatonin gummies, plain magnesium/zinc pills, Benadryl, sleep aid pills, you name it..”
