“I was 100% surprised the first time I mixed this protein with hot water. It smells, looks, and tastes like hot chocolate! It mixes with cold water even better. The first day I got it, I immediately opened it and made a PHC frappe. This is hands down the best way to have this protein although I type this, I'm drinking it mixed with hot water. I have gestational diabetes (due to pregnancy hormones I become slightly insulin resistant but I can control with what I eat luckily!) and this has helped me with my chocolate cravings without putting my baby to risk which is huge when dealing with being pregnant but GD.
