“When I first tried this flavour (got the sample packs), something about it just tasted off to me. But I was determined to like BN products, so I finished off my other samples, and by the time I ran out, I was obsessed with this flavour! I personally am not a huge fan of pumpkin flavoured beverages (PSLs? Uck.), but this is delicious! I just mix in a scoop with my coffee in the morning, and sometimes add a scoop or two of collagen. I haven't ordered a full tub yet, but cannot wait to get one on order to have this comforting coffee every morning in the fall!”
“I wasn't too impressed with this flavor. As far as fall flavors go, I enjoyed the Protein Caramel Apple better, which is weird because I usually love pumpkin anything. I think maybe I was hoping it would have more of a pumpkin pie taste to it (and it doesn't).”

“I am not a huge pumpkin spice flavor person in general but I was so impressed with PHC that I decided to give this flavor a try. Wow! I was surprised how much I liked it. I wouldnt order this product year round because like I said I'm not a huge pumpkin spice fan but it is the best pumpkin spice flavored anything I've ever tried so it is perfect for fall and getting all those cost seasonal vibes.”
“This is a perfectly balanced flavor. It is not too sweet and has a great spice flavor. I've only ever tried 1st Phorm's pumpkin spice protein and it tasted like candy corn so I was hesitant to try this pumpkin spice protein. This protein, however, has a great spice flavor and you can really taste the pumpkin. It truly does taste like the Starbucks flavor. I'm very impressed. My favorite part about it is it is not too sweet, it is the least sweet of the Bowmar proteins I have tried (less sweet than birthday cake, hot chocolate, and dulce de leche). Excellent flavor and my new favorite.”
“My favorite, I have had this and love it love making pancakes. I’ve had birthday cake and frosted cookie I didn’t care for them. I love pumpkin and chocolate so far. I can’t wait to try them all but with that being said I’m waiting on the samples to all come out. I wish when she puts a new flavor out she has a sample to buy as well so we don’t waste money on tubs we don’t like! I had to give away the 1lb tub of frosted cookie since I didn’t like it.

“I just brought my first tube of the Bowmar Nutrition protein powder. My sister in law told me about this after I started CrossFit with her. I got the pumpkin spice and it is amazing. I put it in my coffee every morning. It is honestly like drinking a PSL from Starbuck every morning. It also keeps me satisfied in the morning. I cant wait to try other flavors!!! This will be the only protein powder I will ever buy!!!”
