Boxncase and its customer support had great service, sadly they use third party delivery services that dont handle the products as well as we could ask...
Other than that, all was great, will try again soon.”

There was an issue with a jar on the way here with FedEx, but they answered promptly and refunded me the amount of that broken jar!
