“I hate to post a bad review, but no one has gotten back to me and I fear it's my last option. I ordered a sweatshirt and a keychain at the beginning of this month. There were some shipping delays, and some odd rerouting, but that's the new standard, and the folks I emailed were always quick to offer their help.
However, last week I finally got a notification that my items had been delivered - to the wrong locations! One had been delivered to a town in NJ, the other to Florida (I live in New York, and have no residencies in either state)!
Whoever I emailed at BGST seems to think the matter is "resolved" because the items were marked as delivered, but here I am, itemless, unsure where to go from here. No one has responded to my emails in a week, and I'd really like to get my items redelivered or a refund! Help!!”
