“In 2018 I had a breakdown, recovered, then lost my closest friend to mental health 3 years ago. Then I almost lost myself. Since then I’ve been a huge advocate for mens mental health and I’m so grateful that such a worthy cause is out there! Promoting mens mental health, removing the stigma, and given us comfort while we do it! Huge thumbs up! Thank you!
