“I do love these, especially that the colors are light and fairly standard for the common denominations ($1-$100). I would give these 5 stars and seriously consider a purchase, but The $0.50 and $5 denominations, orange and red, could possibly be confused in low light. This wouldn't happen in a serious game, but in a social game, where everyone is chatting and drinking, it's a possibility. Everything else about these is excellent!
I should mention that I got several samples from another vendor for China clays and found serious quality control issues. I resisted this advice at first, but I'm now a believer: Get samples before you make a big purchase!”
“It was nice to get my hands on these samples. They are good quality ceramics and have helped me determine what I ultimately want to purchase from this company! Thank you!”
“Very similar to the WSOP chips but thats why i got them, so for me thats great. I will say, the 9 that came in this sample set put next to 9 of another sample set. These feel just a bit heavier. Its not a huge difference but its enough to notice if youre holding a decent size stack of another set at the same time. Not sure if these chips do just naturally weigh a bit more on purpose, but its something to consider if buying a full 1000 chip set, that 1000 chip set may be heavier than another full set.”
“The chips look fantastic and I'm interested in ordering a full set. The white chip and a small crack on the edge which has me concerned since it was a sample set that ordering a full set would have the same thing if not more.”
Hi Blake-
Thank you for your feedback! The "crack" that you mentioned sounds like it may be the injection mold spot on the edge of the chip - it tends to be more noticeable on white chips since there's no ink there. :) It's rare since ceramics are very durable, but if any of your chips are cracked upon delivery we'll be happy to replace them for you!
