“I like the weight of the chips, but I think the photo is a little misleading. The colors on the actual chips see washed out compared to what you see online. There’s a little bit of a grit to the surface of the chip which is interesting, it feels like and old NY driver’s license. I’m not sure I’m ready to commit to a full set, would like to see what other companies are offering.”
“I do like these, especially that the colors are light and fairly standard for the common denominations ($1-$100). For my group, the $0.50 denomination is critical, and this set does not have one. I thought I might be able to get around that by getting twice as many $0.25, but I like other sets better. Everything else about these is excellent!
I should mention that I got several samples from another vendor for China clays and found serious quality control issues. I resisted this advice at first, but I'm now a believer: Get samples before you make a big purchase!”
