“I'm heard so many great things about Ashwagandha unfortunately it didn't work for me. I haven't even gotten half way through the bottle yet, but I had to stop taking it. It was giving me more of a sedated state than anything. Excessive sleep and fatigue.”

“I am typing this review out on behalf of my boyfriend (I bought it for him). We both know about KSM-66® Ashwagandha from the other Brainforza products. We read more about it online and it even has approved health claims here in Canada. He also read he can take a lot more than the 600mg here, so he has been taking 3-4 capsules daily. He said he feels a lot better, feels stronger and sleeps better also. Definitely a keeper! (him and the product)”

“I already take Work Juice daily, but Ashwagandha is super safe. Me and my girlfriend split this bottle, I take one capsule in addition to my work juice capsules. I really notice a difference in my daily life. I just feel a lot better and as I had said in my other review, feel a good general sense of well being and happiness. I am less bothered by stress. Great stuff.”

“I'm fijian and this is very popular in both Fiji and India. I'm very familiar with ashwagandha and it's ashwagandha benefits. I know here they use ashwagandha for anxiety but back home its promoted more for stamina, health and well being/balance. This Ashwagandha is excellent and it comes in the correct dosage. Great stuff.”
