“Arrived with scratches on in the same position on each boot but decided it wasn't bad enough to send back as I knew they would get marked any way! However after one wear the marks that have appeared where the sides of your feet sometimes rub together are horrific and don't rub off! They are bright white which on a black boot is really noticeable! Very disappointed especially as I know now they have been worn in in for no chance of a refund”
