“I ordered my appropriate size and followed the directions to a "T". Yet the bra cup adhesive unstuck immediately not even lasting 5 minutes! What an utter waste of money and I cannot return the second unused set that I purchased. Maybe this works for smaller cup sizes - in that case they should remove the claim that if works for larger breasts.”

If there's an issue with adhesion, especially in the first 5 minutes, we know that it's either due to skin prep, sweating while applying, or not rubbing the adhesive in until it's warm and letting the adhesive set for 30 minutes without moving it.
