“I never received these items, and you still charged me for them. It took several weeks to get a response from your business, and the representative took no responsibility, and blamed the postal service. I did customer service for 10+ years, so I understand you can't satisfy all of your customers, but this whole experience was unacceptable. My event was in March, it's April 18th, still no products. You took my money expeditiously though. Although, I hear your products are great, I guess I'll never know.”
